Brand Partners

How we work with brands

The full path from first conversation to a steady, growing channel. The same process for every brand, tailored to the catalog.

The partnership journey

From the first call to the first order, we are honest early about fit and transparent about the numbers.

Discovery

Discovery and brand fit

A short conversation about your brand, your markets, where you already sell online, and what you want from a partner.

Audit

Account and catalog audit

How many listings exist, who is selling them, how prices compare, and where the catalog gaps are. A plain picture, no guesswork.

Analysis

Market and competitive analysis

We size the category, map the competitive set, and find the products with the clearest demand using real search and conversion data.

Positioning

Positioning and pricing architecture

We agree how the brand should be positioned, set a price anchor, and design pricing across sizes and channels.

Agreement

Agreement and first order

Wholesale pricing, the initial order, payment, exclusivity, and any retail carve-out. We propose a pilot, not a long lock-in.

Protection

Compliance and brand protection

In the first 90 days: import, tax, and labeling compliance, Brand Registry, Transparency, MAP, and removal of unauthorized sellers.

How it plays out: example scenarios

Illustrative scenarios based on how our partnerships typically run. They show the sequence and what we measure; they are not results from a named client.

Example scenario

A UK skincare brand entering the US

Starting point. Strong in UK retail and on its own Shopify store. On Amazon US, six resellers list its products at different prices, and two listings still show old packaging.

  1. Days 1–90Wholesale agreement and first order, US labeling check, Brand Registry and a published MAP, listings consolidated under the right parents with A+ Content.
  2. Months 4–9Proven UK best-sellers migrated, PPC scaled once the Buy Box is stable, Amazon Business case packs tested.

What we measure. Buy Box share against an 85% target, price consistency against MAP, unauthorized-seller count, sell-through and weeks of stock cover.

Example scenario

A US kids' swim gear brand expanding into Europe

Starting point. A seasonal product that sells well in the US, with no EU presence and no GPSR safety documentation prepared yet.

  1. Before the seasonGPSR documentation and EU responsible-person setup, VAT handled inside our entities, listings localized for Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, stock placed into Pan-EU FBA ahead of spring.
  2. During the seasonWeekly stock-cover checks so peak weeks do not run out, and seasonal campaigns per country.

What we measure. In-stock rate through peak weeks, sell-through by country, ad return by marketplace, and stock left at the end of the season.

Example scenario

A fitness equipment brand fixing price erosion

Starting point. A popular product, but unauthorized sellers undercut the price and reviews are split across duplicate listings.

  1. First weeksTest buys to trace grey-market supply, MAP published and enforced, duplicate listings merged so reviews sit under one parent.
  2. Next quarterTransparency enrollment with the brand, and Amazon Business case packs for gyms and physiotherapy clinics.

What we measure. Unauthorized-seller count, average selling price against MAP, review consolidation, and the share of business-buyer orders.

Launch

Launched in sequenced waves

We take control of what already sells first, then migrate proven sellers from other markets, then add new ranges. Each wave builds on the last.

Wave 1

Take control

Secure and consolidate the listings that already sell, under the right parents.

Wave 2

Migrate

Bring proven sellers from other markets into the new region.

Wave 3

Expand

Add new ranges and collections once the base is clean.

Scale

Advertise

PPC, DSP, a segmented keyword strategy, seasonal campaigns, and seeding, funded from our margin.

Peak

Holiday

A structured entry into the fourth-quarter peak.

Review

Plan the next year

A joint review of results and the plan for year two.

Brand protection

Growth on an unprotected listing does not hold

Every month an unprotected listing runs, unauthorized sellers gather the reviews and own the customer, price scatter erodes how the brand is seen, and the eventual cleanup gets harder.

We build the protection framework in the first 90 days and keep enforcing it: a clean listing that looks like your brand, holds its price, keeps its reviews, and is fully under one accountable owner.

Compliance specialist checking product authenticity codes
Registry

Brand Registry

We work under your Brand Registry to unlock A+ Content, Brand Store, and brand analytics.

Pricing

MAP policy

A written price floor, signed by all authorized sellers and applied across channels.

Authenticity

Transparency

We help you enroll and run Transparency: a unique code per unit, so grey-market stock can be identified and blocked.

Enforcement

Project Zero

Where your brand qualifies, we run Project Zero with your authorization to remove counterfeit listings directly.

Supply

Test-buy program

Regular buys from unauthorized sellers to trace and cut the supply.

Content

Store & A+ Content

An official destination and rich content on every hero product.

Questions brands ask us

Do you buy our stock, or work on commission?

We buy inventory into our own entities at agreed wholesale terms and sell it online in the agreed regions. We do not charge service fees or commissions.

Do you need exclusivity?

We propose exclusive online distribution for the agreed region during a 12-month pilot. Offline retail stays with you or your retail broker.

How do you protect our pricing?

You provide a written MAP policy and we enforce it on every channel we run. We trace and remove unauthorized sellers, using test buys where needed.

Which countries and channels do you cover?

The US, Canada, the UK and the EU: eight Amazon marketplaces, Walmart, eBay, Target Plus and Amazon Business, plus Shopify where it makes sense.

Who pays for advertising and content?

Advertising, A+ Content, Brand Store and video are funded from our distributor margin. No separate marketing fee is billed to the brand.

How quickly can we start selling?

Our entities, tax registrations and warehouses are already in place, so the first listings are typically under our control within the first two months, after the agreement, first order and compliance checks.

What do you need from us to make a proposal?

Your catalog or trade brochure, where you already sell online, a preliminary price list, and your priorities on MAP, exclusivity and the markets you want to open.

How will we know what is happening?

A weekly sales summary, a monthly deep-dive, a quarterly business review with your team, and a full annual review.

Can either side end the pilot?

Yes. Either side may exit the pilot with 90 days’ notice.
