International Trading & Distribution

Distribution & B2B

Global sourcing and wholesale distribution

We buy inventory from consumer brands into our own entities and supply it across four regions, with the warehouses, tax registrations, and compliance already in place.

How we distribute

A distributor that also runs the online channel

MOED Group supplies quality consumer goods to retailers, concept stores, and distributors across North America, the UK, and the EU, and sells them online through our own accounts on the major marketplaces.

Because the entities, tax registrations, and warehouses already exist, time to first sale is measured in weeks, not the many months it takes to stand up a new-country operation. The risk of entering a market sits with us, not the brand.

The markets we operate in

Four regions, each with its own entity, compliance, and logistics.

Core

United States

Florida entity, Federal EIN and multi-state sales tax. Three warehouses (TX, CA, DE) and nationwide FBA. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target Plus and Amazon Business.

Extension

Canada

A dedicated Canada team shipping from inside Canada through Amazon.ca FBA and a partner warehouse, so orders skip the border. Bilingual listings for French-Canadian shoppers.

Established

United Kingdom

A UK warehouse with full UK VAT and EORI registration. Amazon UK, and a base for reaching the rest of Europe close to supply.

Growing

European Union

Pan-EU FBA across Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. French VAT registered and GPSR compliant, so brands sell across the bloc under one setup.

We run online, you keep retail

Keeping online separate from offline retail is how a brand keeps its price and its story consistent. The same MAP policy applies on both sides.

Online & digital: MOED Group

  • Amazon in the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU
  • Walmart, eBay, and Target Plus
  • Shopify DTC (optional)
  • Amazon Business B2B
  • Brand Registry and MAP enforcement

Offline retail: your brand

  • Department stores and chains
  • Specialty and boutique retail
  • Regional and independent stores
  • Managed by you or your retail broker
  • Same MAP policy applies

Amazon Business

B2B as an indirect feed to retail

We roll out the Amazon Business channel in three phases, so institutional buyers such as hotels and offices discover the brand on the back of real demand.

Phase 1

Test

Single units first, to measure real business demand before committing stock.

Phase 2

Case packs

Multi-unit variations under one parent listing for buyers who order in volume.

Phase 3

Retail feed

Hotels, offices, and other organizations introduce the brand to their own customers.

Categories

A multi-category distributor

The skills that grow a brand are the same across the aisle: winning the Buy Box, ranking on search, protecting price, building content, forecasting stock, and staying compliant. A new category is a new catalog for us, not a new business.

Of more than 70 brand relationships, over 20 are distributed by us exclusively and more than 50 as an authorized reseller.
